Chest deepfreeze, gas stove, solar hot water, all kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, coffee plunger, dishtowels, dish liquid, metal kist in the pantry to keep your food safe. Please feel welcome to use condiments should you forget something. Black bags for you to take back your dry rubbish. Please throw all kitchen off-cuts into a compost bucket.
Bath, shower, toilet [septic tank- nothing except toilet paper to be added] hand basin; all hot water is gas heated. Plus an outside solar shower under the stars.

Dining room, lounge, outside deck with hammock, outside boma fireplace and inside fireplace. Please put out fires when not attended.
First bedroom: king-size bed plus single bed. Second bedroom: double bed. Dorm room: 5 x bunk beds; sleeps 10.
Enjoy sleeping under the stars! PLEASE put a rug or cloth under mattresses for good care. It is quite safe for you to sleep with doors wide open. Enjoy!
The Magic Pool is a beautiful cool-off pool that is built into the stream.
A perfect pool for kids to paddle and play in. NB! Please make sure your child is water safe or else let out the water. At night, a stunning starbath to cool off in whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
The rock surfaces are Table Mountain Sandstone and crumble easily so take care. Keep your bearings when climbing and caving so you don't get lost. For emergencies, there is a landline at Paul and Emmy at Keurbosfontein. Sleep with doors open wide. Totally safe. Leopards are shy of humans.
Caracul, leopard, mountain hyrax, wild cat, fox, otter, porcupine, mongoose, polecat, skunk, black eagle, bee-eater, kite, buzzard, falcon, owl, nightjar, mouse bird, wild fowl, and more.
April, nights are cooler, take warm gear. June, July, August are the winter chill months good for hiking and backgammon around the fire. Be alert to slippery rocks in wet weather. September, the famous fynbos flower route runs through to Wuppertal and Pakhuis Pass. Blossoms and Beauty. Should a river be in flood do not be tempted to cross. Find alternative route. November, December are warm to hot, January cooks, February hot, March lovely days, cooler nights. Cederberg is an all-year delight.
